The Arkansas
Motor Vehicle Commission licenses New Motor Vehicle Dealers,
used branches of New Motor Vehicle Dealers, Manufacturers,
Converters, Salespersons, Lessors, Distributors, and Representatives
of Manufacturers and Distributors. The AMVC does not issue
licenses to Used Vehicle Dealers. Used Vehicle Dealers are
licensed by the Arkansas State Police.

A licensee
will need information and forms that can be found on the Forms
and Publications page to do business in Arkansas.
