The Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission licenses New Motor Vehicle Dealers, used branches of New Motor Vehicle Dealers, Manufacturers, Converters, Salespersons, Lessors, Distributors, and Representatives of Manufacturers and Distributors.

Management, Financier and Salespersons are now licensed to do business at any Arkansas New Motor Vehicle Dealership and are not limited to being licensed to a particular dealer. This license is also an annual license. An applicant should download or print a current copy of the AMVC ACT which is the Code (law) and/or a copy of the current Rules of the AMVC.

Note that Applicants for the Management/Financier/Sales or Representative License must provide documentation to establish identity and employment eligibility at the time of initial application. A list of acceptable documents may be found on Form I-9, U.S. Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service.
