Off Premise Sales and Displays

Off Premise Sales and Displays are allowed after submitting the required documents and meeting the proper requirements. All Off Premise Sales involving New motor vehicle sales must have prior approval from the Commission office. For an Off Premise Sale or Display, it will be necessary to complete the forms pertaining to Rule 7 from the Forms and Publications link below.
