Automobile Truck or RV Dealers

The AMVC is charged with the licensing and regulation of the New Motor Vehicle industry in Arkansas. Arkansas Code and AMVC Rules have been designed with many facets of the industry in mind. The responsibilities are varied, but are designed to protect Consumers, Dealers, Manufacturers and Distributors from unfair practices.

Motor Vehicle means any motor-driven vehicle having two (2) or more wheels, including but not limited to All-Terrain vehicles, automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, motor driven cycles, scooters and motor homes.

Forms have been developed with these goals in mind. A licensee will need some or all of the following forms and information to do business in Arkansas.
