Complaint Information

The AMVC has the legislative responsibility of licensing and regulating the New Motor Vehicle industry in Arkansas. This includes the Salespersons, Dealers, Manufacturers, Manufacturers Representatives, Distributors, Second Stage Manufacturers, Lessors of rental vehicles, as well as advertising and online promotion of the products.

In some cases it becomes necessary to file a complaint against an individual or company doing business in Arkansas. This page provides links and information for the filing of complaints with the Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission.

The Commission has prepared an Advertising Complaint Form and a General Complaint Form to aid in the proper preparation and submission of documents.

You may also need a current copy of the AMVC ACT which is the Code (law) and/or a copy of the current AMVC Rules which may be found on the Forms and Publications page.
